Richard was instrumental in the passing of the State of Michigan Automobile Repair Act in 1971. And is still a avid supporter of it's goals. Richard Has Been a Licensed Master Mechanic since 1972 and has Remanufactured thousands of diesel engines. He is a qualified Engine Machinist and diagnostician.
