Here are Pictures of cylinders I worked on you will see that
they were not straight. These low contact areas cause the piston damage seen.
The lower portions were so sloppy that air box pressure was getting into the
crank case. When this block was turned over the liners fell out. Spec is
.0000 to .0015. I had to bore block .020 to bring back straightness and to
make bores parallel.

to print the warning monitors were turned off.

I did not know this was a DDECII electronic
engine unitl it showed up. The block and head I was going to use will NOT
work for this so I have to do yours.This computer needs to be re-programmed
to get the ADV HP.
Somewhere in the past the ECM was
detuned to 285HP from 330 in order to get 330 computer must be updated back
again.
