After opening up engine here are pictures of what I found. The block and crank at this point are not machinable or useable. I don't mind a regular remanufacture but I need something that is re-manufacturable. Everything is blue heated from lack of lube. The rear thrust usually says that something (trans) was pushing on rear thrust washer to point of failure. In my opinion this problem had already started prior to you purchase and was exasperated by you 1st run. It appears that at some point this unit was ran low or out of oil.
